BIG & BOLD

The seamless and integrated Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep purple coloured love letter to our favoured appellation. Its beautiful, scorched earth, blackberry, warm blueberries, cool slate, and dark chocolate aromas envelop the glass and are complexed with ancho chile, cumin, braised meat juices, and new leather notes. There’s a burst of black fruits and spring flowers on the palate followed by exquisitely polished and fine tannin that bring together all the layers in an impressive finish.

JAX ``Y3`` TAUREAU (Napa Valley)
FULL & FRUITY

Ruby purple in color, with loads of black cherry and briary blackcurrant fruit, the wine is meaty and refreshing, with hints of mocha and earth. A beautifully rich, concentrated, irresistible style of wine to drink casually or with serious cuisine. Approachable upon release and will cellar till 2022 and beyond. Blend: 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 5% Zinfandel.

LANCATAY MALBEC (Argentina)
FULL & FRUITY

Sourced from Huarpe’s own premium vineyard sites located in Mendoza’s Lujan de Cujo and Barrancas areas. Depp purple-red in colour, has aromas of plum and cherry, and exhibits sweet tannins that are complex and persistent on the palate. It is a soft and round wine, an ideal match for meat, pastas, and cheese.

Navy blue-black yet brilliant in color the wine is front-loaded with ripe fruit of crushed currants and berries. Secondary notes bring mineral and earth aromas laced with sweet anise and oak spice. Packed with fruit on entry, a dusky, sinewy character develops on the palate with fine-grained tannins tailing to the finish.

MANZONI BAROLO VIGNA CAPPELLA DI S.STEFANO (Italy)

Here the fruit is rich, dark and beautifully intense. The trademark tannins are present, but here there is more than enough juiciness to provide balance. Dark cherry, plum, menthol, tar, smoke and cloves flow through to the rich, exotic finish.

Riglos ``Quinto`` Cabernet Sauvignon (Argentina)
FRESH & LIVELY

It is a robust wine, intense ruby red and bright in color. Its aromas are delicate and harmonious, with notes of berries and spices that grow alongside our vineyard, such as thyme and jarilla. In the mouth it is frank and expressive, with a great, gradual and persistent finish.

RIGLOS ``QUINTO`` MALBEC (Argentina)
FULL & FRUITY

Deep, dark red color, with wonderfully intense and complex aromas, which are predominantly of red fruits like cherries and plums with subtle notes of black pepper spice. A well-balanced palate with sweet, velvety tannins, and a long finish.

ROBERT FOLEY ``GRIFFIN`` (Napa Valley)
BIG & BOLD

Bright red and black fruit aromas reminiscent of Bing cherries and cassis pop from the glass. The ample mid palate is framed in chewy yet fine tannins which resolve nicely with flavours of black berry fruits.

SAMANTHA'S GARDEN SHIRAZ (Australia)

Red/black fruits with earthy aromas including eucalypt, cloves, spice and lifted chocolate notes. As always, the aromas are interesting and ever evolving in the glass. Dense, but fine fruit profile through the palate; plums, spice, bitter chocolate and subtle eucalypt notes with long fine tannins.

A racy, tightly wound style, this offers violet, black currant, cherry, wild herb, spice and mineral flavors matched to a dense, smooth texture. Shows finesse and intensity in a seemingly effortless manner. The aftertaste is long and focused.

Vondeling Baldrick Shiraz (South Africa)
FULL & FRUITY

Rich deep purple colour. Opulent red and blue fruit with a hint of wood smoke. Profoundly perfumed with high floral notes of violets. Spices include cinnamon and liquorice. A medium bodied wine. Shiraz is the focus of the blend and provides palate weight, dark fruit, subtle pepper and other exotic spices. The Mourvèdre adds red fruit and earthy truffles, while the Viognier helps to soften the wine and heightens the aromatics.

Z-Wine CABERNET SAUVIGNON (Australia)
BIG & BOLD

The fruit was picked in the cool of the night and fermented in open fermenters with daily pump-overs and several drain downs. It has spent 24 months in barrel maturing in the cellar. The oak accentuates the savoury characters in the wine, which adds to its marvellous complexity with toasty cedar and tobacco notes.

A brilliant pale gold colour with silvery highlights. A pleasant nose with fruity and fresh aromas. A few notes of peach, exotic fruit and white flowers. A frank and fruity attack, an elegant wine balanced between aromas and acidity. A beautiful aromatic persistence.

FIDORA PINOT GRIGIO (Italy)
LIGHT & FRUITY

This popular variety derives from the family of Pinot and prefers cooler climates. It finds its ideal habitat in the Veneto Region. Pinot Grigio is a rich dry white wine, fresh, with vibrant aromas of pear and apple with hints of flowers. The highly mineral feeling is the signature of this wine and gives it a great personality and versatility in food pairing. The proximity to the sea and to its prevailing winds, as well as the nocturnal temperature inversion, gives to the bunches of our Pinot Grigio a direct and clear aroma, which characterizes all the wines of Civranetta estate.

JAX ``Y3`` CHARDONNAY (Napa Valley)

The Y3 Chardonnay hits the mark on the palate, delivering concentrated crisp citrus, green pear and apple notes. Fresh aromatics and Chablis like acidity, this wine is a delicious expression of a picture-perfect vintage. JULIUS KLEIN GRUNER VELTLINER (Austria)
LIGHT & FRUITY

This Classic Gruner Veltliner has a pleasing fruity fragrance, with fine spicy taste and beautiful influences of minerals. At first the aroma is like a Sauvignon blanc, after which the typicity of the Gruner Veltliner comes back with its characteristic white pepper and floral tones.

KARL ERBES RIESLING KABINETT (Germany)
LIGHT & FRUITY

This Kabinett has an irresistible intensity to its aromas, with smoke and petrol, limes, peaches, apricots, melons, and passion fruit. The sweetness on the palate lends body and weight (alcohol is just 7.5%), balanced by high acidity and the wine’s natural fruitiness.

RA NUI PINOT GRIS (New Zealand)
CRISP & DRY

Pale yellow gold. On the nose the wine shows ripe stone fruit, citrus, pear, and some spice. The palate is layered with white peach, lemon and mandarin.

VONDELING CHENIN BLANC (South Africa)
CRISP & DRY

The wine has a striking, pale lime colour. The nose has pronounced tropical aromas of guava, passion fruit and melon with an interesting floral, potpourri twist. On the palate you can enjoy white peach, kiwi fruit and pink lady apple, underpinned by a delightful flinty freshness and delicate citrus finish.

VONDELING SAUVIGNON BLANC (South Africa)
CRISP & DRY

The wine has a delicate, pale straw colour with a slight green edge. It displays an aromatic kaleidoscope, rich with perfumed peach blossom, white pear, passion fruit and lime. These wonderful aromas prevail on the palate with added guava, pineapple, potpourri and a hint o f nettle. The roundness o f the palate is perfectly balanced by a steely mineral zest and enjoyable long finish.

Rosé

MAS DE CADENET ``ARBAUDE`` COTE DE PROVENCE ROSÉ (France)

The red fruits that dominate the nose. The palate reveals a beautiful freshness where flavours of gooseberries and English candies intersect. The nose is very fruity with mostly red fruits and currants. On the palate, this wine is fresh, of medium structure and well balanced.

Pierre Ponnelle Pinot Noir Rosé (France)

Nose: enticing notes of raspberry and wild strawberry. | Mouth: fruity, with good persistence in a beautiful frame freshness. | GRAPES: Pinot Noir 100%. | PREPARATION: obtained from a short maceration of Pinot Noir grapes. Winemaking is done only in steel to preserve the best features of fruit and freshness. | WINE PAIRING: with appetizers, both terrestrial and snacks, fresh cheeses and sliced.

Sparkling Wines

Edouard Brun (France)

Blending with a majority of pinot noir grapes (75%) processed in barrels, mainly issued from our vineyard and completed by chardonnays and reserve wines. Maturing for long in our several hundred-year old cellars, this ample growth, powerful, fruity and well rounded can perfectly be served with any meal thanks to its strong body. The extra dry results from a more generous dosage (15g/l) but does not alter the quality of this cuvee and points it for fruit pies.

FIDORA PROSECCO BRUT (France)

The Glera grapes of our Civranetta estate are nourished with bands of “Caranto”, the ancient Pleistocene stratification, which is composed of compact clay-loam soils with calcareous nodules. | The peculiar minerality of this soil, located near the Lagoon of Venice, conveys a complex aromatic balance to every single grape, while the proximity to the sea and to its winds gives them a distinctive sapidity, which increases their aromas. The first fermentation takes place after the grapes are pressed. The second fermentation takes place once the wine has been stabilized, using a Charmat method, and lasts at least 8 weeks, in order to obtain a fine perlage.

KRUG GRANDE CUVEE (France)

This mouthwatering Champagne feels like a swathe of raw silk on the palate, where flavors of sun-dried white cherry, toast and Meyer lemon peel are accented by expressive saffron, ground coffee and mandarin orange peel aromas. Long and racy on the honey-, spice- and smoke-laced finish.

Port Wines

CABRAL CARACTER PORTO (TAWNY - Portugal)
CARAMEL & NUTTY

Intense dark red color. Fruity almond flavor with black cherries and crème brulée. Velvety on the palate with noticeable spice.

CABRAL PORTO (10 YR - Portugal)
SWEET & BOLD

This Port features an attractive chestnut color. It offers splendid aromas on the palate, subtly combining fruit with woody, slightly peppery notes, while incorporating the complementary flavors of vanilla, chocolate and nuts. It tastes soft, almost vigorous, consistent, velvety, with a primarily woody taste & Very well balanced.

WARRE'S OTIMA PORTO (20 YR - Portugal)
SWEET & BOLD

The translucent copper coloured tone of the wine is matched by the beautiful soft nutty aromas gained by a full twenty years ageing in seasoned oak casks. OTIMA 20 Years is rich and delicate, but never cloying; the tannins and acidity ensure balance and perfect length.
